Biltmore Title, LLC was founded in 2006. Since then, Vanessa Allen and her staff have strived to provide superior customer service with a “whatever it takes” attitude. We are committed to helping people achieve the American Dream of home ownership.
Once you have placed an order, you will work with our title staff and escrow officers, who understand how important your transaction is to you. We have the experience, work ethic, and dedication to provide you with the highest level of service every day. We also understand that complex issues arise from time to time and strive to react and respond quickly to those issues and get you to the closing table.
Our ultimate goal is to make the purchase of real estate a pleasurable, rewarding, and exciting experience for our customers!

Vanessa is the President and manager of Biltmore Title, LLC. She has been working in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years. Vanessa is very present and active in the day- to- day operations. Vanessa works closely
with lenders, realtors, buyers, and sellers to get to the closing table. Developing relationships is her favorite part of the job! When Vanessa
is not at the office she is busy enjoying her kids, grandkids, and dogs! She has 2 kids – Beth (Travis) and Richard (Erin), 4 grandsons-Colton, Brandt, Jackson, and Carter, and 3 sweet dogs- Macy, Molly, and Maggie!

Beth oversees the financial elements and staffing at Biltmore. She also works hard to ascertain that we operate in accordance with the industries best practices. Beth strives to please the Lord in her work, marriage, mothering, and stewardship. Beth and her husband, Travis, have two boys (Colton and Brandt) and 2 golden doodles (Oakley and Finn). They enjoy homeschooling, church, camping, and lots of baseball!

Tammy is a Junior Processor at Biltmore Title, LLC. She began working at Biltmore in 2016. In addition to processing files for closings, Tammy will greet you at the front desk with a smile and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in our door! She is best known around here as the person who remembers EVERYTHING. Her attention to detail is second to none.
