  $50.00 CPL Fee (if applicable)
• Seller Side- $415.00 Closing Fee
  $150 Doc Prep
• Builders/ Investors: $100 Closing Fee

TITLE INSURANCE FEES ARE SEPARATE.- CALL FOR QUOTE

• $225 Search/Exam fee (if applicable- not applicable to all counties)
• Wire Fee: $25.00 per wire (per payoff)
• Courier Fee: $50 one way/ $75 two way
• Prepare POA or Quitclaim Deed : $75 + cost to record
• SHORT SALES& ESTATE TRANSACTIONS: $700 Closing Fee charged to Seller Side
• 3rd Party Notary Closing Fee ( if client requires a mobile notary or closing outside of our normal business hours) $125-$225 based on time/location.
